At Nitaliya Luxe, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver premium-quality products with every order. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • The product is returned in its original condition without any stains, damage, perfume, deodorant, or signs of use.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

3. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (subject to stock availability).

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Incorrect items received.

If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose another available product of equal value or receive store credit, where applicable.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your request should include:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Images of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team.

  2. Provide your Order Number and reason for the return.

  3. Wait for return authorization from our team.

  4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

  5. Ship the item as instructed.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, COD charges (if applicable), and any non-refundable fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damaged product, or incorrect item shipped by Nitaliya Luxe, we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or any personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.

9. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be approved in the following situations:

  • Returned items are used, washed, or damaged.

  • Original tags or packaging are missing.

  • Return request is submitted after the eligible return period.

  • The product is returned in an unsellable condition.

  • The item falls under the non-returnable category.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

  • If you still have not received your refund after the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team.

11. Right to Refuse Returns

Nitaliya Luxe reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with this Return & Refund Policy or where misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
